In that position, he successfully led a multi-million-dollar operation, known district-wide for his exceptional work ethic, strong leadership, and commitment to excellence. Miguel’s experience managing large teams and complex logistics laid the groundwork for his transition into business ownership.

Brittani Ramirez brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the early childhood education sector. Since 2010, she has served as the Executive Director of Camden Academy, a preschool she helped grow from just six students to over 200. Her passion for advocacy, both for her teachers and students, along with her unwavering dedication to community success, defines her as a thoughtful and impactful leader.
